How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent to the email used during checkout. Please print your tickets or have them available on your phone to be scanned at check-in.

Can I buy tickets on-site at Winter Lights?

You can, however we do recommend buying tickets in advance so that you reserve the time slot you want!

Why do I need a reservation?

In order to reduce crowds and ensure a nice experience for everyone, each time slot has a limited amount of tickets.

How do I change my reservation?

You can change your reservation through the link in your confirmation email or by emailing winterlights@redapplefarm.com

Where is Winter Lights Located?

Winter Lights is located in the orchard at Red Apple Farm! 455 Highland Ave, Phillipston, MA 01331

Is there food and drink on-site?

Yes! We have a full BBQ style restaurant, brick oven pizza, The Cidery, and our farm store. For all food and drink options, click here

Are restrooms available?

Yes! There are restrooms at the Brew Barn.

Is this event outside?

Yes! The lights are fully outside, so please dress accordingly. However, we have campfires for warming up outside, or step into the Brew Barn or Farm Store for a bit!

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all locations on the farm accept credit cards.

Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair?

Yes, our lights are along a maintained pathway.

How should I dress?

Boots and coats are highly recommended. Layer or dress warm, you will be outdoors in the elements.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! Leashed dogs are welcome at Winter Lights, in the Farm Store, The Cidery, and the Brew Barn. We just ask that you please pick up after them!

Is the event rain or shine?

No. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled for the evening and customers will be reached via email where they can then select a new date and time slot.
